At Enlog, we stand behind our products. This policy explains how we handle returns for defective items.
Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a faulty or defective product—such as a malfunctioning Enmate, EnPro, or EnSense device—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and process a refund or replacement.
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. For defective items, we will process a return and refund as per this policy. If you need a different product or variant, please place a new order.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective product:
- Email us at hi@enlog.co.in with your order details and a description of the defect.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back as instructed. Return shipping for defective items is covered by Enlog.
- Once we receive and verify the defect, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
